View 1: Essence Lite
View 1 includes the three areas of concern, the seven alphas, alpha states, and their checklists. This is the simplest view that can help the least experienced developers. In keeping with our underpinning value of helping "the practitioners before what helps the process engineers" we have focused the initial User Guide release on providing scenarios that demonstrate how practitioners can use Essence to power whatever approach they are currently using. Refer to Scenarios titled, "Kick-starting a Project" and "Solving Pain Points".
