The report on the First SEMAT Workshop on a General Theory of Software Engineering (GTSE 2012), will be published in the March issue of the ACM SIGSOFT Software Engineering Notes (38:2). The report summarizes the successful GTSE workshop that was held under SEMAT flag in Stockholm, 2012.
A follow-up workshop GTSE 2013, is planned for San Francisco, on May 26 2013 in conjunction with ICSE 2013. Paper deadline is February 7. Please consider submitting a paper.
