Practice Area

I would like to start a discussion thread on Paul and Ian's Retrospective Practice. You can find this practice either in the Essence Practice Folder on this web site, or you can find it in the Dropbox under Essence Practices/Retrospectives.

Please provide any comments, questions, constructive criticisms, suggestions for improvements etc...

Is this practice available on the SEMAT website? If yes then is it possible to provide a link to the practice?

I am replying to your question where you ask if this practice is available on the SEMAT web site. The answer is yes. I placed it in a folder associated with the practice area, but I am not sure how to provide a link in the thread to that practice. 

Maybe Michael can answer that??? ..  I will ask him..

If I'm right, I see the Retrospective practice is contained in a powerpoint slide show. Is that correct?   Should it be converted to a practice format through the Essence Practice workbench ?  If so, let me know and I'll give it a try.

If you have access the IJI Practice Workbench please do convert the power point, and then see if you can place what you have created in a folder and ask the rest of us to review and comment.  That would be great!
