SEMAT has proposed Essence as a standard and it is expected to within short become an OMG standard. The standard supports the team to measure progress and health along several dimensions in a project. This idea has since several years been demonstrated in practice using physical cards. Now, the cards have become "electronic" and you can play several practical "games" when progressing your project. The Alpha State Explorer app runs on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch and can be downloaded for free from the App Store.
